The South Western School District is looking for a highly qualified, innovative, and passionate educator for a permanent elementary teacher vacancy. This position is to start at the beginning of the 2019-2020 school year. The primary job goal for this position includes planning for and carrying out instruction and student supervision in accordance with the priorities, policies, and procedures of the South Western School District. Minimum qualifications include: (1) PA K-6 or PK-4 certification (preference given to candidates with dual certification with special education); and (2) Clean criminal history in accordance with all PA mandated background checks (Act 34, Act 114, Act 151).
