Registered Behavior Technician Job Opening

APRENDAMOS Intervention Team is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician in our Mariposa Autism Service Center program which serves children diagnosed with Autism.

Mariposa Autism Service Center (MASC) currently has openings for the position of Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT). We are looking for aspiring and experienced behavior technicians. The ideal candidate is an individual that possesses a minimum of a high school diploma, an AA/AS or a BA/BS in psychology, early childhood or a related field. Behavior technicians will work with toddlers, children and/or teens diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders utilizing the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Responsibilities include implementing service plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

We are currently seeking RBTs who are:

• Dedicated to creating positive change in the lives of children with autism and their families.
• Believe that you would thrive in a team-based setting
• Willing to learn and implement Applied Behavior Analytic Therapy guided by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Would be comfortable working in a variety of settings that may include community places, homes or clinics.
• Willing to work with children, have a high energy level, and professional demeanor.
