The National Training Coordinator is responsible for the logistical management and coordination activities required to execute training events at our public locations nationally or at our client locations around the globe. This includes but is not limited to selecting and contracting with trainers, scheduling classes, ensuring the delivery of books and other material, facility availability, budget management of each class, coordination with Sales, IT and Finance, and reviewing registrations/rosters after each class.

Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and human relation skills that positively benefits interaction with internal and external clientele.
  • A demonstrated ability to deal with corporate office personnel, volunteers, peers and supervisors.
  • Must be detail oriented and able to plan, prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.
  • Good decision making skills, with the ability to analyze information, evaluate results, and implement the best solution to solve problems or challenges.
  • Self-motivated and proactive with a dedication to consistently meeting deadlines.
  • Demonstrated experience in the logistical planning and execution of remote training events.
