Camelot Care Centers, Inc. Team is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as the Care Coordinator I provides Camelot approved therapeutic interventions, case coordination and/or resource linkage to clients and other involved parties (i.e. family, DCS, Court personnel, non-relative supports, etc.) to affect identified needed changes within the individual or family.

QUALIFICATIONS

• A Bachelor’s degree in a Human Service discipline from an accredited four-year college or university is required
• 1 year experience working with children/adolescents in a therapeutic treatment environment
• Work flexible hours consistent with program needs
• A licensed driver with automobile insurance in good standing and access to reliable transportation at all times
• Travel about 25% of the time
