Job Summary:

Seeking Operations Area Manager to provide leadership, coaching, and direction for each location through people development and improved restaurant operations, to maximize the long-term sales and profit of each restaurant. Consistently demonstrates excellent customer service and leadership behaviors to build positive business relationships.

Experience:

General Manager / Supervisor / District Manager of a quick service or casual dining restaurant for at least 5-10 years.

Work Location:

Multiple Locations- Farmington Hills, MI / Novi, MI / Lansing, MI

Responsibilities:

  • Reporting directly to the Business Owner, the District Operations Manager will have overarching management responsibility for the Wingstop Restaurants in Michigan Area.
  • Meet weekly with the Business Owner for business review of each location’s Key Performance Indicators and other business drivers.
  • Ensures guest satisfaction is always top priority and operations comply with Wingstop standards and operating procedures.
  • Respond to customer service complaints / issues and resolve in a timely, satisfactory manner.
  • Maximize sales and profits with superior customer service, labor management, and food cost management.
  • Develop weekly labor schedules according to guidelines established by Business Owner.
  • Serve as a back up to General Managers for ordering groceries / supplies for restaurants when needed.
  • Supervise and train management teams.
  • Implement quality improvements according to Wingstop Corporate Standards and Franchise Owner Standards.
  • Conduct weekly in-house self audits to identify Operational Issues and Opportunities, Sales Building, People Development.
  • Implement Business Owners annual strategic plan for area restaurants.
  • Administrative duties to include; Employee performance reviews, cash audits, labor audits and sales audits.
  • Insure Wingstop QSC (Quarterly Service Checks) Standards are met.
  • Successful implementation and tracking of marketing campaigns.
  • Other responsibilities as determined by the Business Owner.
  • Upon hire, our company will send the successful candidate to the Wingstop Excellence training in Texas. This is a four-week program designed to teach new Wingstop franchisees, District managers, and Restaurant Managers proper Wingstop operating standards and procedures.
