The following Part-time afternoon caregivers are needed at 1703 Porter Rd. Bear, DE

School Age Position available M-F from 3:30-6:30

Infant/young toddler assistant M-F 12:30-6:30

We are looking for teaching candidates who work as a team with other teachers and Directors to implement daily teaching, learning activities and are passionate about what they do. We are mostly interested in speaking to candidates who:

• Create and maintain a learning environment in which all children can learn.
• Use great classroom management skills
• Can use our curriculum along with natural discovery to create a balanced learning environment.
• Flexibility as to the hours and schedule of work
• Have good computer skills and are able to work an ipad
• Maintains portfolios for each child
• Shows respect for diversity of families, children and co-workers.
• Maintains annual required training hours.

Job Requirements for Assistant Teacher:

12 months prior experience and working towards a CDA or Associate's or in early childhood education/child development or related degree. TECE 1 and TECE 2 are also accepted.

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $9.00 to $11.00 /hour
