Registered Nurse - Infection Prevention / Educator Job Opening

A local Long term care nursing facility is seeking an experienced Infection Prevention and Nursing Staff Educator to join their well-established leadership team! This is a 4 STAR rated facility! Privately owned with over 150 beds in long-term care, rehab and subacute units.

Responsibilities:

• Create and implement educational / training programs for employees
• Knowledge of Infection Control policy and procedure
• Understanding of MDS to assist when coordinator is out

Requirements:

• Registered nurse that has a valid NJ nursing license or the ability to obtain NJ nursing license.
• Registered nurse that has at least 1year of long term care experience.
• Great interpersonal communication skills are required.
