Training to be a Store Leader with Quick Quack Car Wash. L.I.T.’s will work with Regional Operations Leader, Store Leader, and Maintenance team. Spending time with these teams will prepare the candidate to be a successful Store Leader with Quick Quack Car Wash.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsible for establishing and maintaining customer service oversees and is accountable for the operation of a location ensuring maximum sales through service, expense control, and operating costs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities(Other Duties may be assigned to meet business needs):

• Ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment
• Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures through regular meetings and training of employees
• Continually evaluate and react to performance issues
• Actively recruit and maintain quality employees
• Train and develop employees in all aspects of the Quick Quack Car Wash business, such as service, cashiering, and safety.
• Maintain awareness and trains employees on services provided by Quick Quack Car Wash
• Trains employees on selling additional and/or better services to customers.
• Oversees the productivity, breaks, and daily scheduling of all employees.
• Responsible for the preparation and handling of daily deposits
• Responsible for merchandise and inventory
• Handling of vehicle damage claims
• Ensure the location is well maintained
• General housekeeping and light maintenance responsibilities (driveways, restrooms, and car wash)

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Work in and develop a team environment
• Smile and maintain a clean appearance as per the dress and grooming standards
• Ability to read, count, and write accurately
• Be punctual, responsible and accountable
• Class C Drivers License
• Ability to work various hours, weekends, and holidays
• Maintenance experience preferred
• 1-2 years experience in a supervisory role
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Valid driver’s license

Work Environment and Physical Demands:

• Typically work outside
• Loud environment due to car wash equipment
• Constant movement
• Lifting (0-50 lbs.), bending and stooping
