Our company manages the day to day operations of over 500 community swimming pool facilities and processing payroll for our seasonal lifeguards and researching employee inquiries is an essential part of our business success.

Payroll Assistant Job Duties:
  • Support Lead Administrator by collecting, calculating, and entering data.
  • Updates payroll records by entering changes
  • Works with Lead Administrator to resolve payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.
  • Provides payroll information by answering questions and requests.
  • Maintains payroll operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
  • Maintains employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping the information confidential.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Payroll Assistant Skills and Qualifications:
Analyzing Information, Data Entry Skills, Attention to Detail, Confidentiality, Thoroughness, General Math Skills, Verbal Communication, Organization

Human Resources Assistant Responsibilities Include:
  • Fielding calls from our current and prospective lifeguards.
  • Supporting their teammates in calling and scheduling of lifeguards for interviews and support scheduling during summer months.
  • Data entry
