Career Specialist Job Opening

Career Specialist needed for workforce development program in Hinesville serving Long, Liberty and Bryan counties. Conducts presentations related to employment, GED, basic life skills, and basic education for our participants. Monitors and evaluates progress of participant success, administers assessments, and prepares participants for their career path. Must be comfortable presenting to large and small groups. Being able to follow policies and procedures is a must. Must enjoy working with the youth population. Program is very customer driven with performance outcomes and goals. Develop training plans leading to successful employment. Some travel between sites is expected. Position requires a BA/BS degree. Background check is required.
