LPC or LSW Job Opening

We at P.S. It’s Counseling are seeking qualified, compassionate, and hardworking LPC’s and LSW’s to come join our growing private practice. P.S. It’s Counseling is excited to offer opportunities at all three of our locations (Joliet, Downers Grove, and Lincoln Park).

We are a private practice that sees a range of clients including adults, children, families, and couples. Therapists will provide treatment to a variety of clientele and will manage their own caseload. Therapists can expect to encounter a wide variety of diagnoses and problems impacting the clients that they will be working with. Therapists can expect to encounter mood and anxiety disorders, addiction, varying degrees of trauma, and relationship, couples, and family dynamics.

New employees with learn about working in a private practice setting. These learning opportunities will include: building a caseload, maintaining their own schedule, advertising for clientele, and more. Candidates who are bilingual will be given strong consideration. Opportunities for supervision and consultation will be provided at all three locations. We are looking for individuals who have a flexible schedule. There will be no requirements for case load, it will be entirely dependent on the individual counselor. This position provides no health benefits to the employee.
