Responsibilities:
Plan, order and help prepare meals for 150+ clients a day.
Work with a dietician quarterly to set appropriate meal planning.
Regularly conduct inventory and maintain a current inventory list.
Monitor all staff and clients assigned to the kitchen.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the Director of Operations.
Minimum Qualification:
2 years of experience or specialized training in large quantity food planning and preparation required.
2 years of supervisory experience in food service required.
ServSafe Manager Certification preferred.
Food Service or Culinary Arts degree preferred.
