Step By Step Montessori of Maple Grove, MN is currently searching for an assistant teacher or classroom aide.

Job Responsibilities Include:

• Work with Lead Teachers to help implement curriculum in a safe, healthy and nurturing classroom environment that supports each child's social, emotional and intellectual growth and development.
• Encourage and assist in positive social interactions.
• Ensure safety and well-being of children at all times.
• Enhance learning through creative use of materials.

Job Qualifications include:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Maintain a professional personal appearance, attitude, and work behavior at all times
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills.
• Should possess a high degree of adaptability and maintain a positive attitude!
