Powersports Service Writer Job Opening

Are you good with people and building relationships? Do you have experience as a service advisor in the automotive trade, and a have a passion for motorcycles and Powersports? If so, Hattiesburg Cycles has the perfect opportunity for you! We are seeking additional service writer(s) to add to our existing team and help manage our service business levels. As a service advisor, your job will include answering phone calls from prospective customers, assisting walk-ins, and overseeing the entire repair process from start to finish; checking in your own customers, writing the repair order, liaising with the technician, manufacturer and warranty company if applicable, and cashiering the customer once repairs are complete. Making our customers happy and exceeding their expectations is our goal, and will ultimately drive business and benefit YOUR paycheck so keeping in contact with them throughout the process is an absolute must. Excellent customer (service) skills, good technical knowledge and a flair for sales are thus desired. Knowledge of and/or passion for bikes and off-road vehicles is a definite advantage, but not a necessity. We offer a five-day working week, uncapped earnings potential as well as full benefits.
