Housekeeping Job Opening

I run a business from my home and watch my 15 mo granddaughter. My husband is usually out of town during the week. I am having a hard time juggling it all. I really need someone who is willing to help with just about anything- house cleaning, running errands, a little help with the baby and maybe even some office work. So the title would be housekeeper/nanny/organizer/childcare/assistant/ etc. : )

As of right now my daughter and baby will be moving away in October so the extreme need for help will be gone, but I will still need some assistance.
