This position requires the Training and Development Analyst to:
Helps plan, conduct, and administer programs that train employees and improve their skills and knowledge. Assesses the needs of an organization, and then develop custom training programs that take place in classrooms or training facilities. Assesses training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, or consultations with managers or instructors. Designs and creates training manuals, online learning modules, and course materials. Reviews training materials from a variety of sources and chooses appropriate materials. Delivers training to employees using a variety of instructional techniques. Assists in the evaluation of training programs and performs administrative tasks such as monitoring costs, scheduling classes, setting up systems and equipment, and coordinating enrollment. **Serco Inc. is using this posting for the purpose responding to a proposal. We are seeking qualified candidates in the event of a contract award. This position is not currently funded/active. Should Serco be awarded the contract, and you meet the qualifications of the position, you will be considered in the selection process.**

Required Skills:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university. Must have two (4) – four (4) years’ experience working in similar operations. Must be able to pass a suitability screening.
