Outstanding NP/PA role at NL Mercy The Mattina R. Proctor Diabetes Center - in Portland, ME

Northern Light Mercy Hospital is seeking an advanced practice provider to join an establishedpractice. This role will manage and support adult patients with Type 1 and Type 2 diabetesutilizing medications and technology with a strong focuson education and lifestyle modifications. Our Diabetes Education Programis recognized by the American Diabetes Association , meeting national standardsfor DSME (diabetes self-management education). We also offer medicalnutrition therapy, pump training and exploration provided by our CertifiedDiabetes Educators (CDE). This role also provides opportunity for program developmentand support of the diabetes care integration at Mercy's primary care settings.
