Essential Duties
- Provides second tier support and leads the analysis and diagnosis of incidents to ensure timely and satisfactory resolution.
- Evaluates the impact of new development, new releases, or integration requests; makes recommendations regarding the timing and implications of moving forward.
- Monitor potential changes to source systems and represents enterprise recruitment/communication requirements in discussions of substantive changes to source systems.
- Defines, manages, and leads all project phases related to new development or integration requests; represents recruitment in the enterprise Technical Governance process,
- Periodically reviews processes, procedures, or configuration for enhancement opportunities; reviews needs and makes recommendations, including assessments of the effort involved, alternatives, and implications.
- Coordinates with UTO and other departments or vendors to ensure data integration with internal and external systems is operating correctly.
- Reviews, updates, and implements system administration procedures to ensure ongoing quality, integrity, and security of data.
- Supervises and trains in-office student worker on the system and oversee their tasks on a daily basis; coordinates the process of interviewing and hiring.
Minimum Qualifications

- Demonstrated knowledge and experience with the Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud).
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience administering, developing and supporting a high volume Enterprise CRM/Marketing System.
- Experience with data analysis tools including: SQL, Excel, R/Python, Splunk
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience with integration methods and tools, including but not limited to: ETL, APIs, SSIS, Mulesoft
- Demonstrated knowledge of higher education recruitment and admissions practices.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience working with PeopleSoft in a higher education environment.
- Experience preparing and executing project plans, requirements, and testing documentation.
- Evidence of effective verbal and written communication skills.
