• Saint George, UtahSouthwestBehavioralHealthCenteris hiring a Mental Health Therapist for our youth outpatient office in St. George, Utah. The position will perform individual therapy, group therapy, work closely with school in Washington County.

The position is full time with full benefits including health insurance, enrollment in Utah Retirement System (URS), holiday pay, vacation and sick leave time and more.
The salary range will be dependent on Clinical License and related experience.
The therapist will provide individual, group and educational services to clients receiving services according to their needs and will work closely with other personnel and provide group and individual therapy.
This position will also coordinate services with other community agencies, organizations, support groups and family members to assist with linking client with available and necessary resources to aid in each client's treatment.
Must have effective interviewing skills and evaluation techniques, knowledge of different modes of psychotherapy, including crisis intervention skills.
The applicant will also need experience and training in EMDR and DBT skills and will provide services to clients with substance use disorders and mental health needs.
Familiarity and experience with documenting in an electronic record and keeping documentation current a must.
Preference will be given to applicants that are fully licensed with a master's degree and licensed as a LCSW CMHC, or MFT in the State of Utahwith 3-5 years experience working with youth clients and their family.
Applicants not fully licensed must have completed a Masters degree and certified as a CSW, ACMHC, or AMFT and working towards supervised hours to be fully licensed within 2 years.
