Job Summary

Seeking Restaurant General Manager Trainers. With responsibilities for operating a restaurant, will direct report to Salaried Managers, Restaurant General Manager and the facility General Manager.

Responsibilities and Duties

Operational requirements include:

• Customer Service
• Accounting
• Property Management
• Research and problem-solving skills
• Communication and written skills
• Delegation and follow up skills
• Relocation and Travel may be required.

Qualifications and Skills

At least 5 years experience managing at least 50 subordinates, and at least 3 years experience reading and analyzing a Profit and Loss Statement.
