Direct Care Staff/Milieu Instructor Job Opening

A therapeutic boarding school seeks qualified applicants for Milieu Instructor positions.

The Milieu Instructor position is a critical position of direct care staff working with adolescents to supervise, guide group interactions and activities, teach life skills, role model positive values, and ensure safety. Provide constant supervision of students at all times.

Successful applicants must complete a criminal records background check and driving record. Applicants must demonstrate the ability to communicate professionally, both verbally and in writing, have basic computer skills, and demonstrate reliability and professionalism. Applicants must be willing to engage in training in a range of subjects and apply that training to their work when needed.

This is a shiftwork salaried position.
