Store Manager (In Training) Job Opening

Beaches Tanning Center of Utah and Salt Lake Counties is looking to hire a full-time Manager in Training for our locations in American Fork, North Orem, South Orem, Spanish Fork, South Jordan, Van Winkle, West Jordan, Sandy, and Riverton. Start out your career at Beaches as a manager in training! During the initial 8 weeks the MIT will complete a basic training and an MIT boot camp. After the successful completion of our MIT boot camp the MIT will transition into a Store Manager role. Our Store Managers earn a salary of $30,000 - $50,000/yr plus bonuses. A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A STORE MANAGER

As a Store Manager, you wear many hats including keeping our customers happy, employees happy, and day-to-day business running smoothly. You drive profitability by maximizing sales which includes setting an example by hitting your own sales goals each month. As a good leader, you set the tone which makes your salon an enjoyable place to be. You work together with your staff to achieve individual, team, store, and corporate goals.

All expectations for operations, customer service, and cleanliness are met due to your diligence. Your primary job is to hire, train, and lead staff! You are very patient and know how to bring out the best in your staff who tend to be pretty young on average. You manage turn-over efficiently and maintain optimal staff coverage at all time. You are committed to the success of your store, even if it requires covering an employee's shift yourself.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Tanning certification
• 2 years of relevant sales and customer service experience
• 6 months of leadership experience
• Understanding of inventory control
• Ability to recruit and hire capable and reliable candidates

WORK SCHEDULE

This is a flexible full-time management position with a required minimum of 40 hours. Your schedule will change each week, but you will be in charge of making the schedule.
