POSITION SUMMARY: Coordinate activities with rental and project managers with respect to capacity, critical path issues, and production plan for rental work.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Rental order management to include entry of order into system, communication with clients, and billing
  • Creation of equipment load lists for rental work
  • Schedule coordination with project managers for rental work
  • Project take offs for rental and RXR projects
  • Working with rental manager to create project quotes for rental work
  • Coordination with project managers on resources needed for upcoming rental work
  • Managing communications (reports, directions, etc.)

Requirements:

  • Follow pre-determined process maps for operation, truck loading, billing and estimating.
  • Ensure that all RoadSafe and DOT safety rules and regulations are strictly adhered to, and that records for such be kept in a proper manner.
  • Leads by example in terms of a strong focus on safety, business ethics, work habits and life balance. Understands the importance of a safety culture in a construction environment.
  • Team player, learns quickly, good communicator and ability to interact with customers and agencies regarding scheduling, disputes, changes in scope of work etc.
