The Lead Prodution Trainer takes an active role to ensure both floor staff and clients are performing job duties to industry standards and helps ensure that clients Implementation Strategy (IS) is being implemented. This person acts as a liaison between floor staff and the production team.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Two years experience with people with disabilities preferred.
- Bachelor's in Human Service field preferred.
- Valid IL driver's license, good driving record and insurance required.
- Must be able to lift at least 70lbs.
