We are looking for a passionate educator, focused on creating an environment that helps students unleash their potential. This person should embrace a growth mindset, the middle school philosophy, project-based learning, and STEM education.
POSITION: Career & Technical Education Teacher - Liberty Middle School

TERM: 188 day contract beginning with the 2019-2020 school year

SUMMARY: Provides instruction to students while creating a safe and nurturing classroom environment designed to promote intellectual and social emotional learning.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • North Dakota Teaching License– with a major or minor in the area of Technology and Engineering Education. Provisional certification may be granted when the instructor is enrolled in an approved CTE alternative teacher education program.   • Training in the area of Project Lead the Way may be required for select courses.
  • Ability to develop positive relationships with students, parents, staff and the school community
  • Middle School endorsement preferred



SALARY: 2019-2020 Teachers' Salary Schedule
The WFPS District funds the entire 11.75% employee contribution to TFFR, as well as the 12.75% employer contribution.
