Application and Training Specialists are responsible for supporting United Medical and United Medical Accountable Care Organization (UMACO) initiatives and processes during all training and interactions with internal staff members, physicians, providers, and client staff members.

  • Actively promote United Medical’s products and services to outside agencies
  • Provide professional support to several executive roles within United Medical’s network
  • Identify training needs for United Medical and clients of UMACO
  • Develop and conduct educational training programs for physicians and their office staff
  • Build lasting professional relationships with current and potential clients
  • Offer continuing education to all clients
  • Troubleshoot client’s system issues as they arise
  • Assist with software and healthcare database updates
  • Act as point of contact for assigned clients in order to deliver excellent customer service
  • Market EMR software by acting as a consultant to potential clients

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Electronic Medical Record Experience
  • Demonstrated training, coaching, and presentation of technical information
  • Valid Driver’s License
