St. Mary's Home for Children is seeking a reliable, flexible, self-motivated Residential Counselor to join our dynamic community of professionals within our unit for adolescent girls. Summary: The Residential Counselor shall be responsible for the safe and therapeutic management of the residents. The Residential Counselor will provide for the care and treatment of the children. Responsibilities include role modeling, supervision of children in daily routine and leisure activities. Implementation of client/child therapeutic treatment plan. Qualifications: College Education desirable. Experience working with children/youth in a residential or similar environment required. Valid driver's license and background check required.
