Position Summary:
The Revenue Cycle Trainer will design, develop and facilitate new hire as well as ongoing and refresher training and development programs for all Patient Access areas throughout MRMG. The trainer should possess strong presentation skills in order to effectively deliver training and orientation sessions to employees and be able to maintain documentation of those training activities. The Trainer will coordinate registration and training logistics and prepare and administer competency tests. The Trainer will work with Leadership in implementing, facilitating, monitoring and measuring quality outcomes. The Trainer is responsible for the training and education of all registration employees, performing quality audits and ensuring that compliance standards are met.
Education:
A ssociate's Degree - Preferred
Credentials:
2 years related experience - Required
2 years Cerner Millinnium experience - Preferred
