Training and Development Specialist Job Opening

Daily Responsibilities:

• Delivering virtual and instructor led training
• Review and select appropriate materials for training resources
• Create an engagement environment that is conductive to learning and informative
• Monitor training personnel records to ensure that employees have met all company training requirements
• Evaluates the relevance of online resources to complement the facilitated experience in the field as needed
• Analyzes course evaluations in order to judge effectiveness of training sessions and to provide suggested changes for improvement to leaders within the department
• Makes decisions regarding their work methodology and requires minimal direction

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 2 + years of experience handling instructional design, facilitating, and training

Hours for this Position:

• Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm (NOTE: Classes start promptly at 8am, however the expectation is that the trainer is there a minimum of 45-60 minutes prior to class start time and completing some training related paperwork
