SUMMARY: Serves as the primary liaison between internal departments and the advertising team facilitating projects from concept/strategy through execution. Responsible for a high level of guest service as described in your departments guest service standards.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Maintain working knowledge of key departments to integrate and communicate accurate Information
  • Work with departments to gain direction, information and approvals
  • Liaison between advertising and other departments for all executional needs
  • Maintain and coordinate all sports sponsorship elements and project deadlines
  • Oversee implementation and meeting timelines working with other departments and creative team to ensure projects are executed properly
  • Maintain project inventory spreadsheet, creating realistic timelines and managing projects in terms of deadlines, production schedules, timelines, etc.
  • Provide ongoing support and communication to creative team

KNOWLEDGE AND CERTIFICATION, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Knowledge and Certification
Required:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design or related field and 4 years related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Preferred:
  • Advertising agency experience
  • Working knowledge of graphic design software
