Preschool Teachers Job Opening

The Goddard School in Bear, DE is looking for highly motivated Preschool and Toddler Lead Teachers. These are extremely rewarding positions responsible for creating and maintaining a nurturing and loving environment for the children in the class.

Some of the responsibilities include:

- Develop daily lesson plans and write daily activity reports

- Update classroom decorations as well as parent boards

- Provide leadership to the assistant and others as necessary

- Establish relationship with other staff members, parents and children

- Improve classroom structure and education

- Administer program objectives, curriculum and activities

- Maintain high health and safety standards

- Ensure compliance to regulations and standards
