Overview
Integral Consuting Services, Inc. is currently seeking Operations Managers to join a team performing work in support of the U.S. Department of State (DOS);This is a fast paced, high impact opportunity requiring a motivated candidate ready to add value to the team.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include:
- The Operations Manager shall liaise with DOS staff, have full authority to act on behalf of the company and provide full control over all contract operations at each Center. The Operations Manager shall also manage and maintain involvement in the hiring of personnel, operations and quality reporting, contract management, and operations excellence.
- The Operations Manager liaises with other team members, including interacting with managers of different areas of the organization, presenting findings to stakeholders and higher management as well as training and supervising new employees and tracking and measuring staff performance.
- Planning and controlling changes.
- Managing quality assurance programs.
- Researching new technologies and alternative methods of efficiency.
- Setting and reviewing budgets and managing cost.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and ten (10) years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite.
- Ability to think independently, and write and communicate clearly and concisely.
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills, customer service skills, and ability to work effectively as a member of a team.
- Active TOP SECRET Security Clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree.
- Previous experience working for or with the Department of State either at KCC or NVC locations.
