Personal Care Aide

Job Responsibilities of a PCA:

• Light Housekeeping
• Prepare Meals when needed
• Laundry
• Assist with bathing when needed
• Shopping and Errands

No Certifications Required. Will provide training needed. Flexible schedule.

General Requirements for Position:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be able to pass a criminal history check
• Have the ability to motivate others in a positive manner
• Have the ability to read and write
• Have the ability to understand and carry out instructions
• Have a sympathetic attitude toward the care of the sick, the elderly and disabled
• Have the ability to communicate effectively with patients and their families and with co-workers
• Ability to do extensive bending, lifting and standing on a regular basis
• Ability to work for extended period of time while standing and being involved in physical activity
