Successful candidate will be part of the International Programs training team. Duties will include execution of training for Aegis Foreign Military Students (FMS) in support of life cycle operational and maintenance training, and supporting planning and scheduling of events. This position is on-site with the Government customer and requires the candidate to interface with Government customers, internal LM customers and fellow team members. The majority of training will be conducted overseas in the host country, therefore international travel to countries such as Japan, Australia, Norway and others is available. Additionally, the candidate must be able to demonstrate strong independent leadership skills.

Basic Qualifications:
- Aegis Tactical Action Officer (TAO) qualification
- Strong Aegis Weapons System technical and tactical operations background with the responsibility for teaching the system to others
- Naval Training Environment experience
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Demonstrated communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to successfully interface with customers
- Demonstrated ability to work in the team environment and individually
- This position requires an active Secret clearance to be considered
- Ballistic Missile Defense (BMD) operations experience
- Air Warfare Qualification
- Master Training Specialist
- Familiar with MS Office products (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
