Gymnastics and Preschool Sports Instructor Job Opening

JD Sports Mobile Gymnastics, the leading provider of quality children's sports instruction to preschools and child-care centers in the Greater New Orleans Area, is seeking enthusiastic and dependable applicants for high-paying, part-time teaching positions available for immediate hire for the New Orleans/Metairie area. Our year-round, USA Gymnastics-certified program seeks smiling, outgoing and dependable instructors to teach children's gymnastics at schools throughout the area. Complete lesson plans, instructor training and equipment are provided.Instructors must have access to reliable transportation and mobile phone, and may be called upon to teach in various nearby cities as our 21-year-old company continues to grow. Our teachers' dependability and punctuality to fulfill scheduled lesson times in a safe and fun manner is paramount. JD Sports currently teaches gymnastics, yoga, dance, cheerleading, taekwondo and soccer to children (ages 2 1/2-10yrs) at more than 140 local preschool child-care centers, summer camps and after-school programs in 35 cities. A background in gymnastics, cheerleading or dance is preferred, but we provide all equipment and comprehensive training. Our instructors MUST be enthusiastic, dependable and punctual, and have reliable transportation, internet access and a working mobile phone. Instructors are subject to a criminal background check and must have a current safety/CPR certification (obtained at company expense).
