CDL Instructor Job Opening

Northern Industrial Training Is seeking an experienced CDL Driver for a CDL driving Instructor position for our Palmer Alaska training facility.

Are you an experienced CDL A driver who wants to be home every night?

4/10 hour work schedule Monday- Thursday

The successful candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of CDL experience.

Additional required skills:

Professional attitude and demeanor

Superior communication, written and verbal,

Ability to work within a team and also independently

Must comply with all safety rules and regulations and make safety a priority

Competent level computer knowledge

Possess patience and awareness of cultural diversity

Willingness to work with students in a group setting and independently with classroom

and practical hands-on skills training

Must be willing to do required paperwork, attendance, progress reports, counseling

reports, and any additional necessary documentation as required

Maintain clean work areas and be accountable for company & personal tools used in

performance of duties

Valid & Clean driving record

Must be able to pass a background check

Must have a high school or GED

Must be able to pass pre-employment and random drug screening

Teaching or Instructional Experience Preferred
