This candidate will be part of a multi-instructor workforce for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) serving our international customers such as: Japan, Korea, Spain, Norway and Australia. This candidate will be part of Schoolhouse Teaching Cadre as a an instructor for Aegis Fire Control System (FCS) Technicians and Operators, and also responsible for the development and implementation of updates to Aegis curriculum training products. The trainer will be required to interface with a diverse workforce including program management, engineers, customers, and other contractors.

Basic Qualifications:
- Strong Aegis technical and operations background as a FCS Technician and Missile Systems Supervisor (MSS)
- Naval Training Environment experience
- Demonstrated communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to successfully interface with customers
- Demonstrated ability to work in the team environment and individual
- This position requires an active Secret clearance to be considered
- Master Training Specialist (MTS) qualification
- Familiar with MS office products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
