The Center Training Coordinator will coordinate all training and development activities at a Plasma Center. Training includes (but is not limited to) technical training for center personnel per SOP’s & SPG’s, DMS / Next Gen, Master Control, Fenwal/Haemonetics troubleshooting, EHS and PPTA. Ensure all training documentation is complete and meets all applicable requirements and regulations.

Qualifications

Education Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree preferred. Course work in medical field, or other related field desirable


Experience Requirements:

At least three years experience in a Plasma Center. Knowledge of Biotest operations required.


Other Essential Knowledge:

Working knowledge of federal, state, and Biotest regulations pertaining to the plasma industry or comparable regulated industry preferred. Biotest experience as Team Lead or area supervisor in the functions areas (pheresis area, plasma processing, and medical reception) required or ability to obtain the certification.

Detail minded, well organized. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficient documentation skills. Superior interpersonal skills; able to work effectively and efficiently with others. Ability to communicate with all levels of employees with varying levels of education and experiences. Must be able to prepare and deliver presentations to and facilitate for small and large groups Able to read complex regulations and SOPs, and transfer this information into tailored training materials. Must be able to recognize need for appropriate changes relative to training and procedures. Knowledge or operating characteristics and ability to operate and calibrate equipment. Must be quality minded, project oriented, creative, and computer literate.
