Colonial Benefits

Everett, Washington

Licensed Employee Benefit Enroller

My name is Dan Sharp and my Colonial office has an immediate business opportunity for a licensed enroller to join our growing team in the Snohomish, Skagit and Whatcom area. Colonial Life enrollers offer personal insurance products to employees and their families at the worksite.

We’re looking for professional individuals with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, preferably with benefits enrollment experience.

We are a leader in worksite marketing. We work with employers and their employees to provide benefit solutions in one neat package: benefits communication, enrollment services and personal insurance products.

As an enroller, you’re more than a sales person – you’re a counselor and consultant for hard working Americans, helping them protect what they’ve worked hard to earn.

As a benefits counselor with Colonial Life, you’ll be empowered to:

  • Build relationships with businesses in your community
  • Work with employers and help provide them with benefit solutions for their business, including cost management tools, HR and administrative time savings, benefits communication and employee financial protection through our personal insurance products.

Colonial Life will provide access to training, support and competitive compensation and incentives to help you grow and be successful.

What do you need to be a Benefit Counselor professional with us?

  • Enrollment experience is preferred
  • Strong communication skills to deliver our benefits communication and education to employees
  • Life & Health license is required, but can be attained through Colonial Life

I look forward to receiving your resume and chatting with you soon!

Thanks,

Dan
