Job description:
. Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) at our facility are responsible for completing assessments, administering medication, supervising and directing nursing assistants, and providing day-to-day direct nursing care for our residents. Licensed practical Nurse (LPN) Requirements
- Possess and maintain a current state license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Minimum of one year of experience in a Long Term Care environment, strongly preferred
- Must be able to move, lift, and position patients
- CPR Certified
- Prompt, punctual and professional
- Self-directed with attention to detail
