?Duties will involve:

• Reporting to work as scheduled, on time, well-groomed in proper uniform.
• Providing exceptional customer service to each guest.
• Being familiar with menu items andspecials. Manage the day-to-day operations and staff.
• Executing company policies andprocedures.

Skills and Qualities Needed:

• Must be 18 years of age
• Must have strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work effectively within a team
• Ability to follow instructions and learn procedures and techniques
• Must be able to work on your feet and perform manual labor (bending, lifting objects) forextended periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
• Continuous use of hands and arms
• Continuous bending, reaching and twisting
• Maintain strong personal image and uniform standard
• Manage and maintain a safe working environment
• Maintain fast and accurate customer service to every guest
• Ability to perform basic computer and office tasks
