ASSISTANT TEACHER Job Opening

EAMC is looking for someone to join our team at Dandyland as an Assistant Teacher.

This is a full time position, and the person in this position is expected to maintain a safe and healthy learning environment to promote the positive development of children. The Assistant Teacher must be able to provide developmentally appropriate curriculum to promote the physical and intellectual growth of children and to provide positive guidance to support the social and emotional development of children. The person in this position must establish positive and productive relationships with families to provide consistency and support for the positive development of children.

Qualifications: A minimum of at least 3 months of experience working with children is required, at an accredited center. A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position as well. This position requires that the appropriate candidate be at least 19 years of age. 12 hours of child care training within the first 90 days of hire and annually thereafter.
