Job Description
The Arts & Crafts instructor conducts classes for the Community & Personal Enrichment Program teaching the basics of design, color and form. They also support students by assisting students with learning how to create and design handcrafted projects for each season. Instructors are expected to take part in regularly scheduled instructional meetings, professional development, and to complete and submit required paperwork in a timely manner.
- Assigned courses, days, times and/or locations may vary from semester to semester.
- Assignments may be any combination of classroom and online modes.
- Assignments may be located on any combination of CSN's several campuses.
- Assignments may be any combination of morning, afternoon and evening hours.
- Assignments may be any combination of any days of the week including weekends.
- Assignments may be any combination of courses for which instructor is qualified.
Classes run 1-4 weeks, 1-2 days a week, 1 hours to 3 hours each class at various CSN campus locations throughout the Las Vegas valley. Classes are typically held during evening hours; however, Saturday classes are available during morning and afternoon hours.
