TopLine Federal Credit Union is looking for a new Trainer to join our Corporate team in Maple Grove, MN! This position is a full time, salaried position.

What does our Trainer do?

  • Develops, facilitates and assists with quality training programs and resources to help build and support business objects. Training subjects can include, but aren’t limited to, employee orientation, product and sales training, quality customer service skills, and verbal and written communication.
  • Works closely with branch and department managers to ID specific training needs and determine a plan to meet those needs.
  • Assists and facilitates new employee on boarding and training.
  • Monitors employee completion of assigned training for online learning systems.
  • Develops and delivers training and training materials for existing and new processes and procedures.
  • Keeps current and up-to-date on training techniques, trends, and advancements.
  • Maintains knowledge of banking regulations and TopLine policies and procedures.

What does it take to be a successful Trainer?

  • Four year college degree in Training, Education, HR, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is essential.
  • Minimum of 5 years of banking experience in training, staff development, or related area is required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Very high levels of organizational and prioritization skills are essential.
  • Must demonstrate creativity, resourcefulness, enthusiasm, and service orientation.
  • Must demonstrate professionalism and the ability to work independently.
