HIRING RANGE: $2,427 - $2,725 per month

Work Shift: ROTATING SHIFTS: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM/1:30 PM - 10:00 PM, every other weekend, NIGHTS: 9:45 PM - 6:15 AM, two weekends on and one off. Hours may vary to meet department needs.

Starting Salary: $2,427/month ($14.00 per hour plus shift differential) No Experience. We pay more for DD/ID experience.

SIGN ON BONUS: $1,500 - $2,500

Summary of Work

Provide direct support services for people residing at the Life Skills & Transition Center in Grafton. Support individuals in obtaining their personal goals. Assist individuals, provide basic physical care services, and aid in the development of skills to support people in their work, recreation, leisure and community activities. Also assist in developing and carrying out individual training activities. May serve as a primary trainer for assigned individuals.

Minimum Qualifications

Direct Care Associate I (4190) which requires a high school diploma or GED.

Must successfully complete an approved training program within the probationary period.
