Training Coordinator Job Opening

We are seeking a Hiring coordinator to join our team. The position is responsible for recruitment, including attracting, screening, interviewing and securing talent for a Supervisors patch of restaurants. You will work collaboratively with the Supervisor and General Manager(s). In addition, you will be supporting our orientation process and completing 30-day interviews with our new hires. Our ideal candidate will be one who has experience in managing people, restaurant experience, experience in training, excellent communication skills, presentation skills, Computer skills; including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Your responsibilities will be:

• Reviewing applicants
• Schedule 1st and 2nd Interviews
• Conduct 1st Interviews
• Participate in orientations
• Set-up initial restaurant training
• Verify training is scheduled and conducted
• Maintain training tablets in restaurants

This position requires 30 hours a week. The wage is $15.00-$18.00 an hour
