JOB DESCRIPTION
- Work with leaders to identify trends, gaps and opportunities for learning programs in the field
- Learn and have the ability to perform multiple position’s tasks at the operation level
- Work with a team to develop and alter training tools for specific services and job functions
- Deliver training presentations, including preparation, facilitation, and evaluation
- Create testing and evaluation processes for training programs
- Create an environment that promotes teamwork, pride and great service
- Communicate openly and professionally with team members throughout a healthcare system, clients and other leaders, and AVI Foodsystems leadership.
- Work directly with clinical team members, HR professionals, and varying demographics of team members to successfully launch a program
- Other duties and responsibilities as necessary
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Proven track record in the development and implementation of training programs
- Must have outstanding verbal, written and most importantly presentation skills
- Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is necessary. Use of technology is required
- Knowledge of principles and methods for curriculum and training design, teaching and instruction for individuals and groups is desired
- Ability to maintain a professional, courteous and positive image at all times
- Possess the following personal characteristics: high levels of energy and enthusiasm, positive attitude and strong integrity
- Ability to have flexibility in scheduling; this is a traveling position
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Customer Service and Management position or a related field
