JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Work with leaders to identify trends, gaps and opportunities for learning programs in the field
  • Learn and have the ability to perform multiple position’s tasks at the operation level
  • Work with a team to develop and alter training tools for specific services and job functions
  • Deliver training presentations, including preparation, facilitation, and evaluation
  • Create testing and evaluation processes for training programs
  • Create an environment that promotes teamwork, pride and great service
  • Communicate openly and professionally with team members throughout a healthcare system, clients and other leaders, and AVI Foodsystems leadership.
  • Work directly with clinical team members, HR professionals, and varying demographics of team members to successfully launch a program
  • Other duties and responsibilities as necessary


JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven track record in the development and implementation of training programs
  • Must have outstanding verbal, written and most importantly presentation skills
  • Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is necessary. Use of technology is required
  • Knowledge of principles and methods for curriculum and training design, teaching and instruction for individuals and groups is desired
  • Ability to maintain a professional, courteous and positive image at all times
  • Possess the following personal characteristics: high levels of energy and enthusiasm, positive attitude and strong integrity
  • Ability to have flexibility in scheduling; this is a traveling position
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Customer Service and Management position or a related field
