JOB

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
The
L D Specialist (Technical Trainer) with CNSI will design, develop, and
deploy training programs and initiatives with a focus on medical claims systems.
The successful candidate for this role must be highly proficient at developing
and delivering end-user training materials including instructor-led training
(ILT), e-learning, and user guides.

Key
Responsibilities

Work closely with the clients and the
software development team to analyze, design, develop, and test/revise the
training solutions and products.

Participate in discovery and analysis
session with the client to understand the training goals and formulate a
strategy for successful design, development and delivery of the training
products.

Create course/curriculum outlines and
design documents (including outreach and marketing) based on client
requirements.

Develop content/storyboard for ILT and
e-learning courses based on the design documents by using instructional system
design (ISD) methodologies.

Design, develop, and maintain eLearning
content using Articulate Storyline 360

Design, develop, and maintain written
training content including user guides

Develop supporting content and resources

Design and develop Provider Outreach
materials

Create and maintain training program pages
on intranet sites and other internal communications

Coordinate and manage local, distance and
virtual training sessions and calls

LMS administration, coordination and
reporting

MANDATORY

SKILLS:
Bachelor’s
degree (or equivalent work experience).

5-8
years of relevant experience in Instructional Design/Curriculum Development.

5+
years of experience in roles that involved working directly with clients to
understand the client’s training and content requirements.

3+
years of experience managing content development vendors across various
geographies.

Demonstrated
experience using ADDIE or SAM model.

Demonstrated
experience creating eLearning’s using Articulate Storyline 360

Must
have strong verbal, writing, and communication skills.

Must
be able to effectively facilitate Train-the-Trainer and Trainer Certification
sessions for new curriculum.

Must
be able to work on multiple projects at the same time.

Must
be able to adjust quickly and smoothly to shifting needs and priorities.

Must
be able to interact positively and effectively with others including the
ability to work well in a team environment.

Expertise
with Microsoft products.

Experience
with eLearning authoring tools.

Excellent
verbal and written communication skills.

Sound
knowledge of instructional design theories and practices.

Possess
superior people management skills and commitment to team work.

Expertise
in developing a range of instructional materials including classroom-based
training, e-learning, job aids, references guides, on-the-job training,
train-the-trainer course material, assessments, and evaluations.

Demonstrate
effective course development and evaluation skills.

Should
be able to independently develop entry and advanced level technical and
non-technical courseware.

Must
be able to adjust quickly and smoothly to shifting needs and
company/departmental priorities.

THE FOLLOWING SKILLS

WOULD BE A “PLUS”:
Experience
in Training on Healthcare Systems (a plus)

Worker’s
Compensation Claims knowledge (a plus)

Experience
with Articulate 360 (a plus)

Experience
with MapCap Flare (a plus)
