Team Manager Job Opening

Servicemaster is seeking an individual for a FULL TIME Team Manager in West Fargo.

-Looking for a long-term Night time Team Manager at our Fargo-Moorhead location, The pay rate for this position will be $35000 to $39000 a year depending on experience.

Duties include but are not limited to: Lead teams, Customer service follow up, Perform Inspections to customers building ( quality control), Training new employees, communication with other managers at all time, cover and fill in locations when needed,

Hours are from 4:30 pm-1:30 with flexibility required, Must work: One week work weekend and have couple days off during the week and the second week off on the weekend, position is for 5 days a week 40+ hours per week.

Employee should be ambitious, able to handle crisis situations, think proactively, a positive thinker.

Candidates must be at least 18 years of age, able to speak read and write English, have reliable transportation, and be able to maintain confidentiality at all times, in all matters. Must be energetic, self-motivated and able to work with little supervision. Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize are essential to performance.
