General Description:
To assist Bryant & Stratton College Continuing Education Division (CE) Regional Healthcare Director in the day-to-day operations in support of the CE’s Healthcare training programs’ goals and objectives. Help to ensure accurate collection of sales data, student registration and retention. Oversee internal healthcare operational administrative efforts, along with inside healthcare sales responsibilities. (Note: This position does not require the candidate have a background or experience in Healthcare.)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operations
- Call on, follow-up and interview student prospects. Register students, collect/process payments, and make reminder calls to those that have payments due. Assist with payment options. Maintenance of lead calls records and lead appointment records. Assist in CE marketing events and projects to promote training programs.
Administrative
- Confirmation calls to enrolled students. Prepare and send student and class confirmation letters for funding agency programs. Student, class and corporate clients’ data entry and sales figures into contact management software (CRM Siebel/Banner)
Prepare completion certificates, class rosters, pre and post assessments, etc. Order student books through the College’s Online Bookstore and publishers. Maintain client and student file folders.
Assist instructional staff in preparing hand-outs, classroom-based materials and
PowerPoint presentations. Prepare instructional payroll contracts.
Maintain student enrollment and pass/fail certification spreadsheets and log sheets.
Maintenance and design of program flyers, brochures, bulletin boards and TV monitors. Prepare bulk mailings, e-blasts, fax blasts. Filing, faxing, scanning, etc.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Associates Degree or higher required
- Minimum 3 years’ previous administrative experience preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience preferred
- Telephone and networking experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point and type 50+ wpm
- Ability to work independently and oversee a busy office environment
- Excellent communication, customer service, organizational and problem solving skills
- Critical thinker
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work load
- Ability to interact well with students, staff, and faculty
